As a coach, I put the power back in YOUR hands.

After having lived and worked in Paris for 20 years in Real Estate and Tourism industry, I was going through a difficult time in my life and was, at the same time, diagnosed with Candida overgrowth, a severe imbalance of the gut bacteria that had affected my general health for years without knowing where it came from . After a period of internal transformation and a strict detox diet I felt like a new person and decided to change my life radically to one more in alignment with my inner self and purpose, close to nature and the elements.

I quit my job, trained as  a yoga teacher and moved with my daughter to the South of Spain to open Samadhi lodge, a yoga lodge where I host retreats focusing on yoga, meditation, hiking, healthy cooking and lifestyle.

 

Passionate about nutrition and a holistic approach to health, I wanted to take it further and spread the message, accompanying people on their personal quest for vibrant health and happiness as an Intregrative Health and Nutrition coach. 

 

I received my training from New York based Institute for Integrative Nutrition*, where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods with some of the world’s experts in nutrition and integrative health.

IIN combines the principles of Bio-Individuality – no diet fits all- a holistic approach to health -nourishment on and off the plate-, with cutting-edge knowledge in nutrition, integrative health, personal growth and efficient coaching methods. It’s over 100 000 graduates work all over the world to counter the major health crisis the world is currently experiencing, to improve the lives of millions of people and spread the ripple effect for a more natural and healthy lifestyle.

An Integrative Nutrition Health Coach is a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. 

As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and we’ll navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice together to explore what truly works for you.

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship(s) cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

I work with my clients to get in touch with their body’s needs often hidden behind our everyday concerns. I want to equip you with the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself . I believe each person knows deep inside what is best for him or her , not the latest magazine article or fad diet book.

Bio-IINdividuality*

The concept of Bio-IINndividuality is the idea that each of us has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why diets tend to fail in the long run. I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background.

Deconstructing Cravings

Cravings play a critical role in understanding what your body needs and shouldn’t be ignored. When you learn how to deconstruct your cravings and understand what they’re really telling you, you will be able to reclaim a sense of balance and harmony.

     Primary Foods*

It’s not just the food we eat that affects

our health, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity, and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these primary foods are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. I will support you in achieving all of your goals, from eating the right foods for your body to living an inspired, fulfilling life.

Crowding Out

Many nutrition experts give their clients a list of foods to avoid and foods to eat, which explains why so many people are turned off by nutrition. My approach is different – by eating and drinking foods that are good for you, you will naturally have less room and desire for unhealthy foods. Simply put, you will crowd out the unhealthy food in your diet. This takes a little practice to make happen, but I will support you along the way.
